ADNCE
Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Version 1.0
ADNCE is a free app that connects dancers: finding partners, discovering events, organising training sessions and carpools, messaging and joining groups. These terms set the rules for using the service. By creating an account and then accepting them in the app, you agree to abide by them. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

ADNCE is a place to meet and practise dance. No breach of the following rules is tolerated, whether in a profile, post, comment, message, event or group:
In the app, you can report a profile, post, comment, message or event, and block a member: you no longer see their content, and they can no longer message you or suggest a training session.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaches these terms is removed. Depending on severity or repetition, its author's account may be suspended or deleted, without notice in serious cases. If you believe a measure concerning you is a mistake, write to support@adnce.app to request a review.
Manifestly unlawful content can also be reported to support@adnce.app, and where appropriate to the competent authorities.
ADNCE lets people meet; it does not organise meet-ups and does not verify members' identity, level or intentions. You meet other members at your own risk. For a first meeting, choose a public place, such as a dance studio or a social, and tell someone close to you.
Carpools are arranged directly between members, without ADNCE's involvement: ADNCE is not a carrier and is not a party to any arrangement between driver and passengers. A carpool may only involve sharing the costs of the trip, with no profit for the driver. The driver must hold a valid driving licence and insurance covering the carriage of passengers.
You keep ownership of the content you post: text, photos, events. You allow ADNCE, free of charge and only for as long as it is online, to host, reproduce and display it to other members as part of the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to that content, in particular to photos showing other people.
Part of the calendar is imported automatically from public sources (Facebook, OpenAgenda). ADNCE does not organise these events and does not guarantee the accuracy of their details: check them with the organiser. An organiser may ask for an event to be removed at support@adnce.app.
The service is provided free of charge, as is. ADNCE strives to keep it available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, ADNCE is not liable for exchanges, meet-ups and arrangements between members, nor for the content they post.
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
These terms may change. When they do, the app asks you to accept them again before you continue using it.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, first write to support@adnce.app to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers.
